Peter, I’m just sooo glad that you were one of the ones who made it! I always loved Brian’s lute. With him gone, that meant someone else stepping in…by THAT time I went to Altamont,California…”those were those days, my friend we thought they’d never end…” But they did and most of us moved on–to something better. (I wish I could’ve riden with ya on thse trips!)
I ordered my WHO…glad you got to ride around with them on that ‘magic bus’, touring all over N. America–sorry I missed talking to ya in ’66 and ’67 and Dallas’ own local TV show (they filmed it at the Northpark Mall I still go to it!) I’m really sooooo glad you kept your music the same ol’ way! (speaking of which I noticed where Ginger Baker is on the drums there in THE WHO tribute. WOW, it STILL must be fun!
