Herman's Hermits Starring Peter Noone

This week in the land on Noone

I begged and pleaded with Roselyn the Dreamer at a recent concert in WV to give me back my rubber trousers as I am now able to fit in them again, but she shook her head and said “No way Jorge” and “Not a chance Vance” so you can blame her if you never see me in my own pants ever again!

Going to do a quick concert in Santa Barbara with Jeff Bridges and Barry Devorzon for the UNITY SHOPPE on Thursday 15th November, then a non singing appearance as a guest in the audience at The DREAM FOUNDATION GALA on Friday the 16th of November, then off to a party in Mexico for a few days. I shall be back to noonemal before Thanksgiving.

I have spent the last few hours writing Christmas cards to go with the ornament you all ordered.

I am happy to say, it is a very nice one. Even better than the one we had last year! Hope you all like it and also my very pretty Christmas card!

that population trsanfer actually happened for the first time. And that doesn’t mean that terror is justified but it seems to me that occupation is a stinky box that they prefer not to open it and not to mess around with it. Just come to a campus of a north American University on Yom Ha’atzmaut and you see it’s all about how Israeli’ tomatoes are bigger than watermelons and how their watermelons is smaller than a tomato.I mean if Larry’s post was on how freedom of press in Israel is worst than in China, none of them would have burnt a single fuse and Larry still would have had his column in JP.

Hi Peter, I was at the concert in Sellersville on Saturday night. Alot of fun! I am guessing you don’t have photo ops after concerts any more? I guess I will have to join the fan club? Where can I find info. Thanks.

The rubbery trousers are now in the hands of Peter Noone – they were given to him after the concert in Uniontown last night. Unfortunately, due to not feeling well, I didn’t gt a chance to clean them first, though. They weren’t worn – just handled a lot – including last night at the noonatic dinner. LOL!

    Hi Dear Peter,
This is strange…I had a dream last nite I was, at a flea market, stuck in line, and in the meantime, u were doing an outdoor concert, that I could not get to cos of the flea market. When I finally got to the show, u were gone, but i was in line to get to see you…and u were there in a green booth, but your lovely hair was braided and twisted, like in dreds, and you had a full face beard dyed in Blue! I just would to say, you look bettter as youself,!
Don’t know why had that dream, but thought you would get a giggle?

    Thanks for being you!

Looking forward to the Christmas ornament and card from my favorite musical artist in the whirled! Way to go on fitting into the rubber trousers again (if Roselyn would give them up) however, I like your current concert attire. Ok, I also love the pink ; yellow and brown suede jackets you’ve worn. The list could go on :)

I would have loved seeing you in leather pants. I miss you. It has been so long. I can’t wait until Noonefest. I am planning to buy the Christmas ornament at the end of the month when I get paid. Good news-thanks to prpposition 30, I don’t have to do any more furlough days or any budget cuts. Things will get back to normal.
Thanks for all the great concerts coming up on the west coast in Jan, Feb and Mar.

I think we should organize a wardrobe reunion for Peter at the 2013 Noonefest. Between us, we can gather the leathers, the suits, jackets, shirts, and socks. :-)

    Hi Peter again,

I love the song you do with your daughter, The Angels Are Crying! Have you ever thought about doing it at a concert together? It is so beautiful, and I think it is MORE beautiful, because Dad and Daughter sing it together. That is precious, and rare….it must be so awesome to be so close with your daughter, ah, you are a lucky Man,,,,and so is she…

    Stay Happy!
    Love

I just saw a video of The Angels are crying in heaven tonight on youtube that was uploaded yesterday by the UnityShoppe! It was beautifully done and shows Peter and Natalie singing together with clips from 1996 to 2011. Check it out!

    Hello Peter!
You are so cute and nice, thanks for my one time, time to meet you and get your autograph, and say hello and shake your hand!
I was wondering, if you celebrate Thanksgiving, as I know some English folks don’t?
    Just curious.
What is your favorite, of favorite holiday food?

Perhaps one of those Hollywood seamstresses could whip up a pair of rubber trousers for you as a second choice! I do miss seeing you in those groovy trousers…they bring back memories of past concerts we attended that were so much fun! Thanks for posting such funny pics and sharing your thoughts in your blog! Terry and I look forward to seeing you at the Belterra Casino in Florence, IN in December!

I have not been to a concert in over a year and I miss seeing the concerts and the other fans (hopefully I will be at Niagara Fallsview in January or July if I am able). I hope to use the 2 tickets I won from the 2nd Noonefest Mrs. Brown’s daughter contest (I think we all had a good laugh at me). I hope I will win an opportunity to see you backstage and get a photo with you someday: either way thank you for doing that for your fans. I think the PeterNoone.com website looks great! I was also wondering if Natalie is able to perform at any of your future concerts? I would still enjoy hearing a duet with you and Natalie, if possible? Have fun in Mexico. I want to wish you and everyone else here a Happy Thanksgiving (this will be my last post on your blog for a long time). I didn’t buy a Christmas ornament or calendar because I have been broke. And I hope everyone has a wonderful time at Noonefest 3 as I do not expect to be there.

Also, is there any possibility that either your concert at Tarrytown or Noonefest 3 could be put on cd and be available to buy like the Canyon Club concert.

Will there be any photos or videos for us to see of your concert for the Unity Shoppe? I hope Roselyn will return your rubber trousers so that maybe we can see you wear them at a concert. I hope you had a very happy birthday and anniversary on November 5th.

To be depanted in Mexico…How hem-bare-assing, Jorge!
Although…you do seem to have a pleather(a) of humorous “pants” material to keep EVERYONE in stiches, so I’m sure you’ve got it covered:-)

P.S. Thanks for the cards, concerts, comraderie, and charity work–from myself and…

Thanks, Peter, for the update. It’s always fun to read what you are doing when you are not singing for us!! It was like the blogs when I first started coming here many years ago!! Seeing we consider you part of our extended family, we love hearing from you. For Christmas, I need some concerts, I have none in the near future and that just won’t work for me. Can you stick one in my Christmas card?

OH MY GOODNESS!! I never expected to see this! LOL! Since I won’t be able to attend the Noonefest next month, I can return them in Uniontown, PA, but my name is on the back pocket, which would be on your behind! LOL! I’ve enjoyed sharing them with fellow noonatics and we’ve had a lot of giggles over them. :)

Trying to remember what size those rubber trousers were I think they were 32 / 32 I don’t know. But I do remember when I had them in my arms I squeezed them so hard I think my face turned red. Going to try to order that hangy thing or what ever it is called this week its a Christmas present to myself :)

Sounds like a really fun week coming up! Its probably way too hot in Cabo to wear rubber anyway (you’d be all hot and sweaty even before stepping on stage to cavort). If you really covet another pair, maybe you could ask Jeff Bridges if he held onto any of his father’s old outfits from “Seahunt” (you might wear them with one of his old scuba masks . . . . might make for really interesting vocal effects)! Would it be too much to hope that you’ll post some picture postcards during your travels?
