This is really an idea whose time has come. The values and spirit of the 60's are making quite a comeback Tie dye shirts and peace signs are everywhere Like in the 60's people are looking to renew a sense of self reliance - growing own getting gardens, organic foods and getting back to basic needs with a depressed economy. There is a general disenchantment with the government, a growing unpopular war etc.. I hope the Noonefest will reignite all that was onderful in the 60's the love and harmony the sense of community and of course the music we all know and love We can all be ambassadors in the whirled to renew the fantastic 60's and make this whirled a better place for all!!! Ok I'll get off the soapbox now Sorry I was overcome with emotion!
