    News from the Monstery

Dear frolicking fun loving followers of all that is good or above average,

It has come to my attention up here at the Monstery, that you are setting forth on a ten year tour of the whirled without the necessary credentials.

In order for you to set forth, it has always been a requirement here at the Monstery to have you finish steps one, two, and three and as usual do them in that order.

Yes indeary, I had indeed forgotten to let you all know the new status of Peter Noone the artist formally known as Herman, and his faithful flock of all flocks And flocking.

Step 1: Admit you are a Nooneatic!
Step 2: Become a fully fledged member
Step 3: Cast your face to the wind
Step 4: Organize your frolic with other Nooneatics (this we can call sharing)
Step 5: Tell all your friends you are off on an adventure
Step 6: Admit You like a few laughs ( we have to admittances)
Steps 7, 8, 9, and 10 are still at the cleaners getting brushed up in the windmill of your mines. Not you’re but your!

As we look towards and forwards to the next 10 years of fun and festivities and skittles and Starbucks it is becoming more apparent that the supporters and faithful have begUn to organize themselves and arrange meeting and visits to Petezerias and fun spots near My venues, and all sorts of other fun things.

They are organizing Sound check meetings at a theatre near you where you get to watch Peter and his crew of crackpots, rehearse and learn how to play music together.

After that Peter will do a thing called Q AND A, which is an abbreviation of the words “questions” and “answers”, but should be called questions and answers or Horace. Horace is the word of the day today!

As you know already typical of the modern age, are people who abbreviate everything except the word abbreviate.

I think I have time to type those words and suggest we all forget our years of chopping words up and leave abbreviations to the pilot.

    OK? FASTEN YOUR SEATS BELTS.

This makes it more a club than it ever was and gives you, and a new member OF YOUR CHOICE (if you want one), an opportunity to share what can only be described as “ever so much fun”!!!

I throw this back to you to organize. I have the new fan club kits ready to go here at the Monstery.

Are you ready? Ten more years,

THE VERY REVEREND SUNG LONG NOONE

Hi Peter! I’m one of your newer Faithful Flockers. I have accepted the fact that I have become a Nooneatic. A life of music and happiness has taken over my being. Thank you for letting me be a part of the fun. Looking forward to the Southpoint concert in March and hopefully be lucky enough to meet you. Here’s to many, many more years of YOU!

I’m a noonatic, and proud of it. I have been in the fan club for quite a while. My husband, Steve, AKA Santa Claus, was also in the club till he passed 6 and 1/2 years ago. This last year hasn’t been the best for me, and not because of the virus, I have had 3 surgeries, total knee replacement, spine surgery, and a 2nd knee surgery to fix the first mistakes. I was in a cast from my ankle to my thigh for 9 weeks. Now I am in a full brace on that leg. So still can’t drive or do much. I am so ready to go to concerts again and just anywhere.
Thank you Peter, for your years of entertaining us, your long time fans. Thanks for 10 more years. Hope to see you soon.

1963, when living in Oklahoma, was a head of Herman’s Hermits fan club west of Mississippi River. HH sent me a Gaylord box of vinyl records, and misc small stuff which I mailed everywhere. Was given a press card which I used to go backstage to see Jerry Lee Lewis and this helped me get an interview with daughter of the Pres of Santa Fe Railroad. I only got to keep one HH record, which I still play. My only let down was my reward for all I did was that I was told to be on the lookout for a large record gift from HH and am still waiting 58 years later; that is patience! Regardless, Peter Noone and Natalie are still my favorites and wish them well at the Ameristar In Kansas City next weekend.

What a wonderful surprise your holiness nice to have you here I have missed you! I am all in for soundchecks and Q&As I have been to some in the past and they are so much fun! My first club activity was a soundcheck and a Q&A back in 2005 at The Moondog in Cleveland! I have to tell you Rev. I had the best time it made me feel special! Oh I almost forgot those Fan Club dinners were very special too I have gotten to go to two of them! I will be on board for the next 10 years or as many as I can I have been on board for the last almost 20 years! Have a good one The Very Reverend Sung Long Noone

I’m so out of the loop what has been going on Facebook as so much has been happening in my life with family members also myself with health our son got engaged in 2019 wedding plans have changed so many times due to the virus and venues restrictions plus changes of cost also the day of the week. I have been under too much stress my body does not handle stress last Wednesday I tested positive for the new version of the virus I’m not around people as stay home fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis a hip that was off 3” now 5/8” just a rod and claw clamp hold in place it hurts still. My shoe lift under Right shoe custom made orthotics help some. I’m so very happy Peter that you have plans to keep making so many people joy.
